Senator Huggins moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                                                                   
RESOLUTION NO. 8, which had been held on the Secretary's desk                                                                   
(page 2477), be taken up at this time. Without objection, it was so                                                             
ordered and the resolution was before the Senate on final passage.                                                              
                                                                                                                                
The question being: "Shall SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 8                                                                              
Supporting the Kensington Gold Mine project; and commending the                                                                 
United States Forest Service for its environmental change analysis,
